ARGENTUM - Public housing

The area is located on the western edge of Jihlava and is part of the Horní Kosov district of Jihlava. The boundary of the area is formed by Buková and S. K. Neumann Streets in the south and a natural landscape interface formed by the Jihlava River and a monumental tree line in the north. At the moment, individual family houses predominate here, there are also older panel houses and current residential buildings. The parcel of land that I dealt with is located in the street between the square and the historic alley. The house is designed as urban housing - so the investor is the city. The target group is therefore city employees and socially vulnerable families and individuals. There are two commercial spaces on the ground floor that can be rented by the city.
