A BUILDING BLOCK OF CERNOKOSTELECKA X MALINSKA

The residential block on the corner of Černokostelecká x Malínská Street ends the corner plot instead of the existing contemporary building. The proposed building responds to the surrounding buildings and follows the street lines Černokostelská and Malínská. The block is located near the railway in the neighborhood with private houses. The residential building consists of two buildings, which differ in height and ground plan. The higher building is glued with a blind shield to the building in Černokostelecká and rises above it by one floor. The buildings are not interconnected and contain residential units 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk. In the basement there is parking for residents of apartments. The facade cladding is white brick and concrete in the basement.
