Heptagon residence

The corner house is located in the historical centre of Náchod and complements the street line of Kamenice and Hurdálkova streets. The house has a residential function with an active ground floor, where the café is located. Its interior is very airy and well-lit thanks to the semicircular window openings, which respond in shape to the facades of the neighbouring houses. There are overall 12 flats with three high standard 2-bedroom flats on each floor. All apartments include loggias. The main home corridor stretches almost along the entire façade facing the courtyard, creating an additional welcoming space. The aim of the design was to sensitively integrate the new building into the historical centre and create a pleasant enviroment for the residents and café visitors.
