The trend of satellite cities generates many problems. Poor traffic service, dead-end streets, deforestation, covering the land with asphalt and the subsequent impossibility of water infiltration. Monoculture-depleted land is abundant and unused around highways. When designing the structure of family houses on unused land in Průhonice, I tried to solve these problems. But such places have high potential. They both provide the job offers of a big city and the peace of a small town. Instead of asphalt, grass pavers are used, which ensures water infiltration. Green spaces are created between the houses, in contrast to the gray highway.
