It is an ecological building that can be self-sufficient to a large extent. With the help of photo-voltaic panels oriented toward the south. Another component is private gardens where residents can grow their own crops and rainwater collectors. The building consists of 6 residential units and a winter garden. The apartments are mainly dedicated to families with children or young couples. There are 2+kk and 3+kk apartments in the building. In addition to the apartment and garden area, residents have the opportunity to use the social space, which is located in the heart of the entire building, and can spend time together as a community.
