Annotation

The Zibenhaus apartment building will be part of a new block in Žižkov, which will consist of a total of 15 apartments. Inside the block, there will be a park in the east and a piazza in the west. In the middle, there will be two buildings with a passage that will connect Hartigova and Roháčova streets. The Zibenhaus building will be located in the southeast part of the block, in the quiet side street of Roháčova. The building will have two underground floors of garages. There will be one mezzanine apartment and common facilities on the ground floor. The ground floor plan is important for the diagonal, which is reflected both on the south facade and inside the interior. The 1st-4th floors will have repeating layouts with either two or three apartments per floor.
