Nový Zborov

The project extends the Černokostelecká tram loop around the perimeter of the previously undeveloped plot of land. The house is a block. On the ground floor there is space for commerce, the other three floors are used for housing. Its wings are connected by a spacious corridor. The house works with a variation of community housing. The supporting structure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame. The facade is composed of prefabricated concrete panels, the system is interrupted by luxfer inputs.
