Owner-occupied housing

Own housing in Jihlava. It is located on the northwestern edge of Jihlava in the newly planned Buková district. The project responds to the sloping terrain with the split level concept. This concept applies not only to corridors, but also to the apartments themselves. Above-standard housing is designed for the lucrative location. This is prescribed in the architecture by the fact that each apartment has its own outdoor space, whether it is a garden, a balcony or even a sitting area on the roof. The two staircases of the house are connected on the ground floor by a common space that represents the heart of the house.
