From the apartment to the platform without motorized transport. Commuting is easy to get tired of, with every obstacle one looks for another way, often on four wheels. Alternatively, however, we can take a different approach and change our starting position. We hid a parking lot underground on the long and narrow plot adjacent to the station building. The result contains of a plinth and its column system with a permanent support point of the three-story mass that copies it. The housing units inserted into it are mainly oriented to the south, this side is opened using a more subtle concrete construction of balconies for better communication with the exterior. The harsh southern light can be dimmed by sliding panels, which at the same time bring a flexible intimate space.
