BETWEEN FLOWS

Can abandoned plots in direct contact with the railways be used in better way ? This semester, we have been dealing with plots next to the railways. They are usually neglected and unused. The aim is to limit car traffic in Prague and support the idea of ​public transport. The intention of my project was to design pleasant housing for families with children who do not want to live in the city rush. The plot is located on the west side of station Dobřichovice and winds along the two main communication flows in the city - the busy road and the railways. I designed four point houses that have two residential floors above ground. I designed spaces with variable use for the ground floor. It can be offices, studios, shops or other commerce.
