Cascade apartment building Černokostelecká

The apartment building is located on the border of one of the main streets of Vršovice Černokostelecká and Malínská Street. In the surrounding houses, there is a large difference in height, from two-story family houses to an eight-story adjacent panel construction. The building responds to this with its material composition of three gradational bodies wrapped in a brick grid. Their floor plan proportions based on the surrounding buildings complement the still unfinished space of the corner.
