Annotation
The residential building design in Vršovice, near Grébovka, blends modern architecture with nature. Featuring seven above-ground floors and one underground level with garages, it offers diverse apartments for families, couples, and individuals. The complex establishes a pleasant connection with the cycle path along the Botič stream.
The architectural concept emphasizes the atrium character with balconies as spaces for socializing. The staircase tube and bridge serve as connecting elements between living and the beauty of Havlíčkovy Sady.
On the rooftop, community greenhouses enrich the building's aesthetics and serve as communal spaces for residents. Its proximity to Vršovice train station and tram stop seamlessly integrates into urban infrastructure, creating a pleasant living.
