The original miscellaneous buildings - car dealerships, a villa, garages, assembly workshops and one residential yard remain part of the new project. The materials and construction of the new houses are designed so that they can be reused or easily replaced. The original mass of the car showroom is transformed into a library. The remainder of the site is being developed as a predominantly residential complex. The garages are partially converted into workshops/workshops. Their main role is to provide facilities for new residents to build their homes. There is a simple modular system of completion for the users and the floor plan offers a free hand in the interior design and its reconstruction during the lifetime.
