Annotation

Two plots. Two pictures of the place. So close to each other and yet each different. I try to respond to these different spirits of the place with my design. I am following up on the block development and designing three apartment buildings. I am creating an open green courtyard. I connect the passage with the existing block. People live near Rokyrka and can watch passing trains. I am setting up workshops under the railway bridge with space on the roof. I am trying to make the spaces under the railway more pleasant. From the workshops, workers can see residents gardening in adjacent plots. Here I followed up on the gardening colony and established four houses and a community greenhouse here. Here I create winter gardens, large loggia, spaces for gardening, for the community.
