Iglau Residence

The aim of my semestral work was to project an appartment building for a newly built neighbourhood of Jihlava situated in the nearby of Horní Kosov. The building consists of a ground floor and four upper floors, with the fourth of them being stepped-back. As the idea was to diversify as many varying sizes of units as possible, units ranging from 1kk to 4kk were included. In choosing the material for the facade, I let myself be inspired by the industrial part of Jihlava, and that is why I chose the corten panels.
