HOUSING ESTATE

The main goal of the project is to achieve a change in the overall feeling of the housing estate through minor modifications.It is important that residents feel safe in all parts of the housing estate and that they feel comfortable enough in the environment to spend their free time there. Public spaces are arranged so that they provide multiple possibilities of use for different groups of residents and, at the same time, can connect neighborhoods into communities. The project also suggests the unification of furniture and gardens to achieve a sense of integrity of the housing estate. The choice of materials for new elements should maintain a harmonious impression of the environment and combine sustainability and preservation of the style of the housing estate as well.
