APARTMENT BUILDING NEAR THE BOTIČ

The residential building is designed in the old Vršovice development on the land of the current parking lot. It is part of a block of four residential buildings near Havlíčkův park and the adjacent sports stadium, which provides residents with a balanced combination of quiet green space and sports events. Access to the apartment building is from the quieter Petrohradská Street, with the main facades facing east and west. It is connected to the adjacent apartment building to the south. The proposal includes different types of apartments on all floors, from the smallest apartments for singles or couples to larger family apartments. Each apartment has its own loggia. The design integrates green roofs and a courtyard designed as a gathering place for people and families.
