Living in Prague is becoming a luxury commodity, large portion of students cannot afford their own room. According to demographic studies, there will be a shortage of housing for residents aged 18-23 in Košíře in the future. Additionally, there is excellent accessibility to surrounding campuses. Therefore, I propose a new construction of student housing on the plot. However, Košíře lacks a meeting place for young people. The area fundamentally lacks a cultural environment - a gallery is missing. I am converting a car park into a gallery. I believe that a student living in Prague does not need a car but would highly appreciate a cultural center in their courtyard.
