Košíře, an old quarter with a strong atmosphere. A big city street and a hill with a park. I propose housing that responds to the specifics of the site, taking into account the needs of the residents and the character of the place. I focus on the connection to nature and community life. Roofs are partially pitched, allowing for private outdoor space. In contrast, the inner block is accessible to all. The main building forms the front line at Vrchlického Street, while the other two houses are located in the courtyard towards the slope. The ground floor of the house by the street serves the commercial and the rest provides facilities for the residents. The other floors are apartments for families.
