LIVING ON THE EDGE

The apartment building On the Edge characterizes the lives of people in the Prague district Žižkov. The diversity of inhabitants projects itself onto the architecture of all sorts. We cannot achieve the unification of this organized chaos by designing one block of buildings, nor is it our intention. The purpose of the building on the northeastern corner is not bringing new structures into the area, on the contrary it oughts to naturally connect to the historical buildings of the surroundings, as well as the new-build properties in the former Koněvova street, today Hartingova.
