SUNLINK outdoor solar Wi-Fi antenna

The outdoor solar wifi antenna Sunlink is designed for users living a nomadic lifestyle who need reliable internet connection while working on the go. The solar-powered wifi antenna is compact and easily fits into a backpack. In addition to internet connectivity, it provides the option to charge smaller devices such as laptops, mobile phones, or camera batteries. The assignment included exploring the possibilities and limitations of utilizing AI in product design. In addition to our own design, the project's output also involved proposing a functional object with the application of AI tools. The final product, designed in collaboration with AI, introduces a new concept for the shape of a solar collector inspired by an umbrella, which utilizes modern solar textile technology.
