On the neglected site in Košíře, two city houses are designed instead of an unattractive parking lot and a gas station. The first one is situated to form a continuous street line with three neighbouring buildings. It creates a boundary from the busy street and a partly private, peaceful courtyard for block residents. The second independent residential building is designed in the middle of the garden. Both houses provide comfortable and accessible living for different social groups, close to the city centre and to nature.
