Authentic character + Use for the present // chapel, railway--bus, plaza under the linden trees // Letecké náměstí is the main public space of the village of Letky, now part of Libčice nad Vltavou. Letky has its distinctive character of dignified buildings in the historical structure. The village is crossed by the railway with a stop Libčice-Letky, which is followed by a bus line with a terminus at Letecké náměstí. / The challenge of the design was to reconcile the transport functions with the needs of local residents and the possibilities of the village centre, while preserving and enhancing the current qualities (rural buildings, chapel, lime trees) in a refined and legible form.
