APARTMENT BUILDING JIHLAVA

The goal of my project was to design an apartment building as part of a new urban district that will grow in Jihlava. The apartment building stands on a corner lot by the square, which serves as the elementary school vestibule. The house has five floors and contains apartments from 2kk to 5kk. A space for a restaurant is planned on the ground floor together with another commercial space, and there is a parking lot in the underground floor. The facades of the house are designed as a combination of grey brick, green metal sheet and white plaster.
