Residential building Žižkov

The Žižkov revitalization is a considerable topic, and our studio aimed to fill the vacant space in the center of Žižkov between Hartigova and Roháčova streets. The residential building, facing the side street, dominates the southern side of the block. Featuring a street-level passage and two shops on the ground floor, each floor accommodates two zoned apartments with balconies. The 6th floor boasts a spacious hall loft with separate facilities. The geometric facade, with shades of gray and a circular window on the top floor, captivates attention. The two entrances are justified by the central passage and balconies facing the inner block, contributing to residents' comfort.
