The work is focused on the modification of panel houses type G57. The aim is to improve the settlement environment and the comfort of residents from the smallest individual modifications to extensive transformations. By adding balconies and pavilions, an individual solution is created in which residents have the opportunity to adjust new spaces according to their needs and expectations. The roofs and first floor can be converted into commercial spaces for services, coworking or community activities. I change the traditional panel layout according to the needs of families and individuals, so that the new housing better corresponds to current and alternative lifestyles.
