AFFORGABLE HOUSING JIHLAVA

The aim of my work is to create an organic connection between a modern residential quarter with a diverse range of social strata and the existing urban framework. The design of the apartment building is directed towards a sensitive adaptation to the specifics of the given location - from its geographical position, through architectural elements, to the distinctive character of the surroundings. The entire concept of the construction reflects not only the accessibility of services, public amenities, and employment opportunities but also the integration with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The project strives to efficiently utilize space with a focus on comfortable living for young couples and small families.
