City Hall on Kubán square

The goal of the project was to give Kubánská náměstí a new identity and to combine all the different functions in one place. Create a public, social and administrative center for Prague 10. This particular shape is designed to increase communication and flow between existing neighborhoods. The bridge connecting the two buildings and create squares, paths and courtyards. The buildings are visually connected to the surrounding public park and receive plenty of natural daylight. The project is multifunctional and includes an administrative building, retail space, hotel, restaurant, public space and flexible conference space. The roof of the building was conceived as green terraces of various sizes that can be used as a public space for various events.
