BALLOON LOOP RADLICE

For my design of the tram turning point at the Radlická stop I decided to run a tram loop around the whole block. This decision is based on the intention to free up the main space in front of the ČSOB building, which is currently located there. I am mainly using the newly freed space near the metro to create a park that will be bordered by the new station building and the underpass. I am complementing the whole project of the newly created square with a new residential building on the adjacent land. The residential building is designed to best suit the requirements for the apartments and at the same time to relate to the forest park space in the northern part of the building. The building is set into the ground due to the high elevation, with half of the lower floors used for parking.
