Residential building based on the principles of the ReGen village

The theme of the winter semester was to design residential buildings integrated into the ReGen village in Čelákovice, near Volman's villa. I wanted to create a building that would harmonize with the current development of Čelákovice while embodying the main ideas of the ReGen house. Therefore, the facade of my design is made of hemp concrete and wood, and over time, I intend to let it be deliberately overgrown with climbing plants. The green roof provides ample space for solar panels for all four apartments within the building. In the underground floor, there are four storage rooms, one for each apartment, designated for bike storage. Additionally, two more rooms house biomass boilers and fuel storage.
