Regen village Čelákovice - Vol 2

Proposal for the basic building block of Regenvillage in Čelákovice - a family house. The house is inspired by an industrial style and aligns with the vision of the factory owner Josef Volman, whose houses are in direct contact with the proposed Regenvillage. The layout consists of two residential spaces connected by a greenhouse, forming an atrium, referencing historical rural estates with their own courtyard and barn. The houses are intended for starting families who have the opportunity to easily commute to Prague. Materials are chosen for their durability and, consequently, ecological sustainability. In this case, it is appropriate to use pre-existing materials and recycle them. The goal was to create housing that meets today's living standards while promoting the ideas of a sustainab
