NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-FUNCTIONAL HOUSE

Designing a house involves careful consideration of various elements to create a space that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and well-suited to the needs and preferences of its occupants. The hоuse that I am designing is intended for a family with two children. The family wanted a two stories house with geometric forms, straight lines, composed of contemporary materials such as glass, metal, concrete and some wood that will harmonize seamlessly with the surrounding environment. They also wanted a modern and refined apperance, spacious and bright interiors feature, an open floor plan, maximazing the spaces with abundant natural light, creating bright and welcoming atmosphere, and big garden at the back surrounded by trees that will give a deep relaxation and peacful vibe.
