The project of three townhouses in Náchod offers new job opportunities for residents, as there is a café and a spacious co-working area on the ground floor of the building. There is a lack of job opportunities in Náchod, so the co-working space can offer many people a pleasant alternative. The building also closes a corner gap in the block adjacent to the main Masaryk Square and raises the quality of the surrounding space, which is currently rather desolate and uncomfortable due to the fragmented urban structure. Above the café and coworking space on the ground floor, three-story townhouses are proposed with a private terrace on the first floor, which offers an extension of the living room and kitchen space in summer. The other two floors house bedrooms and bathrooms.
