Regen House - Čelákovice

The proposed apartment building is located on the outskirts of Čelákovice in close proximity to the former lands of Josef Volman, a prominent industrialist of the First Republic. The house respects this historical-urban legacy and its orientation follows the neighboring housing estate V Prokopě. The basic mass of the three-story house is an elongated block, inspired by the lines of the terraced houses of the housing estate. On the first floor, in addition to the entrance area, there are also 2 shops. There are a total of 8 three-room apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with a southwest-facing front garden attached to them. It adjoins the living room and the kitchen, from which it is separated only by sliding glass, so it practically forms an extension of it.
