Regen apartment house

The plot for this project is located in Čelákovice, near Prague, on the outskirts of the city. The theme of the studio work is regen villages, which basically means independent "villages", living from a cell independent in terms of food or energy. My goal was not to create a set of houses as such, but a residential building according to the principles of regen village. The project consists of two apartment blocks, and in each there is one multi-storey greenhouse space in the middle, oriented so that the largest area faces south. Modern hydroponic growing systems are located in these greenhouses. On the ground floor there are cellars, bicycle sheds and also a commercial sector, such as a bicycle rental. The floors are already for residential units, namely 3 types: 1kk, 2kk and 3kk.
