NEU NEU SANGERBERG

The ensemble is located on the outskirts of the village of Prameny. The proposal emphasizes the organic integration of buildings into the slope and their partial fusion with the surrounding context. It consists of eight single-storey terraced houses, set in a sloping terrain. The advantage of the house solution is the atria, which perform the function of lighting the rooms below ground level, give the ensemble a specific expression and create an intimate outdoor space. The houses are divided into day and night zones, their connecting element is the kitchen. It is situated between the atrium and the terrace and can be made into a flexible semi-outdoor space by simply opening the sliding doors on the sides. The proposal represents three different layouts with individual character.
