Re-gen village

In my project "Re-gen Village," I focused on creating a sustainable and self-sufficient village with a direct connection to Čelákovice and Lázně Toušeň. My inspiration came from the traditional Polabian "okrouhlice." I embedded this circular principle so that it also contributed to better continuity of the surroundings by connecting to the nearby village of Lázně Toušeň and the town of Čelákovice. Within the village, family houses are arranged in a circle, which not only strengthens community living but also ensures privacy for each house. Each house has its own greenhouse for personal production, facing the village green, which modernly interprets the traditional decorated gables using glass and greenery. This symbiosis supports the self-sufficiency of the inhabitants.
