Our assignment was in the design studio under the direction of Šulc/Jež to design any rocking object for a child of any age. From the beginning, I wanted to make a rocking cradle specifically for small children or babies. Then when I was looking for ideas, I was very inspired by the cradle from Central Asia in the 20th century. My Turkish ancestors, and especially the ancestors of the Eastern peoples. I wanted to incorporate the history of my nation and its neighbours. To create a new, modern and safe for a child.
