Rooting

People living without shelter are uprooted from their home, their place of birth. The goal of the concept is the restoration of solid ground under their feet even at the so-called bottom of society. The proposal offers long-term low-cost satisfaction of basic needs (housing, water, food, energy) with a therapeutic stay (or activity) in a natural environment (Růžičkova rokle, NPP Barrandovské skály, Vltava and Dalejský brook surroundings) to help overcome addiction. Housing is provided using the TECLA model from an Italian architect and clay building 3D printing company. The concept creates jobs with varying degrees of exposure to the public (from collecting raw materials, through repair work or gardening and cultivation work to working in a bistro or at a movie studio).
