Park XXX

The solution is urbanistically related to the current state of Zlín. The solved part of Gahurův Avenue is solved by a clear green area, where the pavements are slightly recessed into the terrain and the view through Gahurůb Avenue is not disturbed. Our proposal seeks to preserve this idea. The concept is based on a main sightline that runs from the Tomáš Bat'a Memorial across the length of Gahur Avenue to the Town Hall, which is designed as part of another studio assignment. The area is "divided" into three design areas, each of which has a different solution, but which work together. These areas are easily passable by pedestrians and do not create a barrier. An important element of the design is the water channel which follows the axis of the prospectus.
