Benesov - Area behind the train station

The proposal reshapes the locality behind the railway station of the Central Bohemian town of Benešov with regard to its future development by given the acceleration of the railway connection to Prague. This will create a diverse new district of the city, complete with housing, offices, public spaces and amenities. It creates new pedestrian and cycling links across the territory and connects not only the town divided by the railway, but also the town of Benešov itself with the Konopiště forest park and the separate satellite town of Mariánovice. It also defines a new edge of the town, which has the character of a green belt. It also envisages new areas for the possible development of industry, production, logistics and trade.
