The proposal eliminates the peripheries in the middle of the city and thus supports its life. Offices in parterres, greenery, wide sidewalks, housing, offices, gardens, tram. This is the future of a well-functioning city, the main station and its surroundings. Apartment buildings with a unique view were created by partially building above the track. By adding up two station halls, the character of the station was enhanced and its position in the city was strengthened. By reducing the highway character of the Willson street, a modern city boulevard was born. The street profile is completed with new buildings. Where there used to be a parking lot, there is now a building that combines housing, sports, retail and offices. The Vrchlické sady park size was reduced and new city garden created.
