Suchdol greenway

The project aims to create a concept of a neighborhood that will meet the city's needs in the following decades. Based on the analyzes carried out, it was found that the most appropriate use of the given location is for housing, both residential and for students. It was too important to include all established principles in proposal. The project does not have the task of establishing specific conditions for future construction, but trying to prove possible access to a given locality and generate discussion about it potential. The aim is also to point out the possibilities how to use already built-up areas of the city and offer a transformation method that would minimize the need to intervene in the surrounding landscape or significantly change historically valuable places.
