Jesenice - new center

The regulatory plan follows on from the urban design of Jesenice u Prahy. The area under consideration is located between Vestec and Jesnice, where these villages that unplannedly merge. The main task of the regulatory plan is to ensure the step by step and controlled development of this area with an emphasis on public space and sufficient civic amenities. A new square is being created in the area, which is connected by a green axis (pedestrian zone) with the civic amenities such as the kindergarten and elementary school or new sports area. Furthermore, the green axis continues beyond the addressed area to other newly designed centers up to Průhonický Park.
