Annotation
The urban design presents a concept for the potential future growth of the city and its inhabitants. It complements the current urban structure along the Stěnava River. At the same time, it also revitalizes the public space around the city center and especially rejuvenates the banks of the Stěnava River.
The design adds blocks or houses in certain places that are currently empty and unused.
Through its focal points, interventions, revitalization, and their interconnection, it creates a city line that will withstand future changes and can be easily built upon.
