Culture house with passage

The house in the newly designed building block respects the surrounding growing buildings and its concept continues the phenomenon of Prague arcades. The potential vacant courtyard block is fully built out but is still passable via an arcade from which multi-storey retail spaces are accessible. In the centre of the whole building on the 3rd floor is a large hall for events and concerts. The atrium is also used as a café and overlooks the newly formed square. This creates a cultivated foreground for the Smetana Theatre building and the surrounding newly designed houses. The house is topped on the north side towards the main station concourse by an administrative part, which is used for the management of the cultural hall and its last three floors are freely rentable.
