MODULE HOUSE ARP

The goal of my work was the design of a small energy-efficient house that will grow with the user. The initial state is the main residential module, containing a living area, kitchen, bathroom, vestibule and utility room. When the user decides to expand the family, the building will be ready to be supplemented with additional modules in the form of rooms such as larger bathrooms with laundry and more. As the work progressed, I began to discover potential problems.When solving the problems, I discussed with manufacturers who offer modular buildings in a similar format, and as the work progressed, I discovered that the system of buying additional modules does not make sense not only because of the low demand and the relatively high price for individual rooms.
