Acupuncture of Benešov center

The urban-architectural design deals with the center of Benešov u Prahy. The proposed extension, currently on the development area of the Prague Barracks, is of a mixed residential character with a proposed relaxation-living area. The proposal defines public space, its mobility and city blocks not only in the part of the Prague Barracks, but also in the part along Vnoučkova Street, in close connection with Masarykovo náměstí. Another part of the center's acupuncture process is the estate - Na Bezděkově. The proposal regulates movement and permeability through the territory by creating a pair of „superblocks“ and unambiguous service by car transport. The clean-up works of the existing parking lots and three apartment buildings are proposed by public areas
