Edible park Hostivař

The project involves creating an active space in the park that offers recreational opportunities for residents of apartment buildings as well as surrounding family houses. The main goal was to integrate new elements that support recreation for all age and social groups. These elements should be placed in a way that naturally encourages community interaction and acquaintance. Project also showcases the possibility of planting edible plants and fruit trees in the park, allowing residents to feel like home here, comfortable, and to derive the maximum benefit from the park. Moreover, this idea is supported by the site's history, as there used to be orchards here in the past. The proposal emphasizes preserving the existing old fruit trees and complementing them with new ones.
