APARTMENT BUILDING WITH CO-WORKING

As part of this semester in the KohouTichý studio, we have desiged in Písek. Our task was to analyze the plot and make our study based on the analysis. My plot is located in the Inner City, on the corner of the It is created by the intersection of Žižková and Komenského streets. There is a public parking lot today, which in the near future will be moved to a parking garage, designed by the architectural studio Fact. In my opinion, it is an ideal place to live. The plot is located in front of beautiful historic gardens, in the heart of the city. In the vicinity there is a school, a grammar school, sports field, doctor's office and lots of other important things for comfortable living. On the ground floor there is a two-storey space for co-working, which is also needed for local.
